Al Qaeda-linked Chinese terrorist leader reported killed in US strike in Pakistan

The leader of a Chinese terrorist group who serves on al Qaeda's top council may have been killed in an airstrike in Pakistan's Taliban-controlled tribal agency of North Waziristan. The report is not confirmed. Abdul Haq al Turkistani, the leader of the Eastern Turkistan Islamic Party, is reported to have been killed by the US in the Feb. 15 airstrike. Ex-worker to pay back half of $30,000 tip

SOUTH BEND, Ind.- An ex-University of Notre Dame catering employee has agreed to pay the Indiana school back for half of a $30,000 tip mistakenly deposited in her bank account. Sara Gaspar, who received a $29,387 deposit in her bank account due to an April 17 error for a deposit that should have been $29.87, said she spent the money on bills and a new car, the South Bend (Ind.)
